Misson Statement - About the Band

Lake Villa, IL based Witness to Fire Band formed over the summer of 2009 when a couple of the band members were playing special and praise music at their various churches throughout northern IL. They have since released a couple of independent live recordings online at ReverNation.com & elsewhere in the social network of today's' web.

Band Misson Statement

The band's mission is spreading a message of hope, love and a revolutionary relationship with our Creator. Best described as passionate, stirring and worshipful, Witness to Fires' musical core is formed around a straight ahead contemporary rock sound. The songs challenge us to rise above the aimlessness & apathy in today's society, and to pursue our lives and dreams with purpose. We try to remind others and ourselves that our lives and what we do always has worth. The message is one of committing to an extravagant selflessness in the Lord and faithful optimism. It's letting your life become such that people know what you stand for. While "It's one thing to be kind to someone, to be decent; We wish to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a world in Need -"That is our goal". Our dream is to inspire others by our Witness to His fire, that we are on Fire for him. . ....
